We are Lauren and Laurene. Yes, we have -almost- the same name! We are wife and wife with a joy of capturing real human stories of love, connection and depth. After living for almost 10 years in Thailand, where we met, we decided to move to the United States few years ago, get married and we are now based in the beautiful mountains of Asheville, North Carolina, with our two rescue Thai dogs!

Hi! I’m Lauren and I am originally from Orlando, Florida, but I always got a knack for traveling and meeting new people. Which eventually let me to South-East Asia. There, I got to develop my photography style, and connections with who I photograph. I love colors, I love when people are silly in front of my camera, I love guiding my clients to have the best representation of themselves on pictures! Capturing your authentic self and telling your story is my goal at every session!

Let’s cut to the chase, and explain this weird name: I’m French! I was born and raised in France, and moved to Thailand to have some experience in animal welfare and wildlife conservation. However, my camera never left me! Capturing animals was the first time I fell in love with photography when I was a teenager. Now, I have evolved into capturing beautiful candid images. I am really excited to work with new clients, and get to know more about your stories.
